May 6 (Reuters) - Hong Kong-listed Swire Pacific 0019.HK said on Tuesday its Thai unit, which is a bottling partner of Coca-Cola KO.N, will be listed on the Thailand stock exchange through a public offering of its shares.
The unit, ThaiNamthip Corporation (TCPCL), would remain a non-wholly owned subsidiary of Swire Pacific, the conglomerate said in a statement.
In 2024, TCPCL, Coca-Cola and Swire Coca-Cola inked a deal forming a strategic bottling alliance in north ASEAN countries, including Thailand, Laos, Vietnam and Cambodia.
Swire Coca-Cola is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Swire Pacific and the majority shareholder of TCPCL.
