May 2 (Reuters) - Equinor Brasil Energia, a subsidiary of Norway's Equinor EQNR.OL, has agreed to sell its 60% operated interest in Brazil's Peregrino oil field to Prio Tigris, a subsidiary of PRIO SA PRIO3.SA, for $3.5 billion, Equinor said in a statement on Friday.
