Price Forbes Dubai names Howells senior executive officer

May 1 - (The Insurer) - Price Forbes has appointed David Howells as senior executive officer for Dubai, the company said on Thursday.
His predecessor Tony Saada will transition to the role of chairman of Price Forbes Dubai. The broker said Howells' appointment would support its growth strategy in the Middle East.
Howells previously served as senior executive officer at Roanoke International Brokers, MENA. He also held various roles at Besso Re, MENA, including managing director.
The appointment is subject to regulatory approval from the Dubai Financial Services Authority.
