Melrose shareholders reject directors' remuneration report at annual meet
April 30 (Reuters) - GKN Aerospace owner Melrose MRON.L said on Wednesday its shareholders had rejected its directors' remuneration report for the year ending December 31, 2024, at the 2025 annual general meeting.
The report was rejected with 65.63% of votes against it.
The board expressed disappointment over the rejection, emphasizing its commitment to engaging with shareholders and considering their feedback.
The London-listed aerospace parts supplier earlier in the day reaffirmed its forecast for annual revenue and adjusted operating profit.
The company said it has a plan to successfully mitigate identified direct exposure to the current tariff levels, with measures such as adjusting the supply chain and negotiating with its customers and suppliers.
