Kremlin says India's Modi not coming to Moscow for May 9 celebrations

MOSCOW, April 30 (Reuters) - Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi will not attend Victory Day celebrations set for May 9 in Moscow, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said.
A number of other international leaders, including Chinese President Xi Jinping, are expected to come to Russia for events to mark the 80th anniversary of victory over Nazi Germany in World War Two.
