Philippine president 'shattered' over Vancouver tragedy, says consulate assisting with probe

MANILA, April 27 (Reuters) - Philippine President Ferdinand Marcos Jr said on Sunday he was "shattered to hear about the terrible incident" in Vancouver when a man drove through a crowd at a Filipino community festival, killing at least nine people.
Marcos said the Philippine Consulate General in Vancouver was working with Canadian authorities to ensure that the incident would be thoroughly investigated.
