Iran says relations with E3 'down', proposes restarting dialogue

DUBAI, April 24 (Reuters) - Iran's Foreign Minister Abbas Araqchi proposed on Thursday the restarting of dialogue with Britain, Germany and France, in a post on X, saying relations with the "E3" countries were "currently down", as Tehran prepared for a third round of nuclear talks with the United States on Saturday in Oman.
