Ukraine had 'productive' talks with US envoy Kellogg in London, minister says

April 23 (Reuters) - The Ukrainian delegation had productive talks with U.S. envoy Keith Kellogg in London on Wednesday after planned negotiations there were downgraded, Ukraine's Defence Minister Rustem Umerov said on Wednesday.
"We talked about our consistent position regarding a ceasefire, also about security guarantees. For my part, I believe the meeting was very productive and successful," Umerov said in televised comments, shortly after U.S. President Donald Trump again lambasted Ukraine's President Volodymyr Zelenskiy.
