NFP adds IMA's Lyon and Beard to construction and infrastructure group

April 23 - (The Insurer) - Aon-owned NFP has hired Jake Lyon as senior vice president, risk control advisory leader and Darren Beard as vice president, risk control, transportation, with both joining from IMA Financial Group.
Both Lyon and Beard are based in the Kansas City, Missouri, area and report to Adrian Pellen, co-leader of NFP's construction and infrastructure group.
Lyon was formerly managing director, risk control at IMA. Beard was formerly director, transportation risk control at the broker.
Lyon has over two decades of experience in the industry, including at Lockton and Burns & McDonnell before IMA.
Beard also has over two decades of experience in the industry, including at Lockton before IMA.
Earlier in April, NFP hired Caleb Weir as senior vice president, construction and infrastructure, in its central region.
