China says it will handle EU's WTO appeal according to rules

BEIJING, April 23 (Reuters) - China confirmed it has received an appeal from the European Union on an intellectual property rights arbitration case at the WTO against it, and will handle the matter according to relevant rules, its commerce ministry said.
China will work with other participants under the arbitration arrangement to firmly uphold the rules-based multilateral trading system, it said.
