April 22 (Reuters) - U.S. President Donald Trump plans to speak with Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi to express his "heartfelt condolences" after suspected militants opened fire on tourists in India's Jammu and Kashmir territory, killing at least 20 people, the White House said on Tuesday.
