Trump says China has reached out on tariffs, TikTok deal may wait

WASHINGTON, April 17 (Reuters) - President Donald Trump said on Thursday that China has reached out to talk since the U.S. imposed tariffs on imports from the country.
Trump added he would delay a deal on TikTok until the trade issue with China is worked out. He told reporters U.S. tariffs on Chinese goods might not go higher and may even go lower.
