DUBAI, April 15 (Reuters) - Iran's Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei said he is neither "overly optimistic nor pessimistic" regarding nuclear talks between Iran and the United States, but remains pessimistic towards Washington, the Student News Network reported on Tuesday.
