Russia says shoots down Ukrainian F-16 fighter

MOSCOW, April 13 (Reuters) - Russia's Defence Ministry said on Sunday its air defence systems had shot down a F-16 fighter aircraft of Ukrainian forces, Interfax news agency reported.
Reuters was unable to immediately verify battlefield reports.
