Relation acquires California's True-Course Aviation Insurance Services

April 11 - (The Insurer) - Relation Insurance Services has acquired True-Course Aviation Insurance Services, based in Camarillo, California.
The transaction closed on March 31. Financial terms were not disclosed.
Alejandro Galioto, owner of True-Course, will continue to lead the firm and spearhead the expansion of Relation’s aviation insurance practice.
Tim Hall, CEO of Relation, said that True-Course's expertise "delivers tremendous value to key segments such as aircraft manufacturers, flight schools, and corporate aviation clients".
In January, Relation announced that it acquired the assets of Forest Insurance Agency, based in Forest Park, Illinois.
