MOSCOW, April 11 (Reuters) - Russia's foreign intelligence chief, Sergei Naryshkin, said that Russia would continue dialogue with the U.S. administration, including talks on prisoner swaps, state-run news agency RIA reported on Friday.
A Russian-American spa worker, Ksenia Karelina, who had been sentenced to 12 years in prison in Russia, was exchanged on Thursday for Arthur Petrov, whom the U.S. had accused of forming a global smuggling ring to export sensitive electronics to Russia's military.
