China and EU discuss trade, to resume EV talks

BEIJING, April 10 (Reuters) - China's commerce minister had talks with the European trade and economic security commissioner Maros Sefcovic on Tuesday via a video call, the Chinese ministry said.
Both sides will immediately carry out negotiations on electric vehicle price commitments, according to the statement on Thursday.
China is willing to deepen trade, investment and industrial cooperation with the European Union, Minister Wang Wentao said.
