Russian attacks on Ukraine have only increased since ceasefire offer, EU's Kallas says

BRUSSELS, April 9 (Reuters) - Russia's attacks on Ukraine have only increased since a ceasefire offer was made in the war, European Union's top diplomat Kaja Kallas said on Wednesday after a meeting with Ukrainian Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal.
Kallas said Ukraine would receive its first tranche of windfall profits on Russian assets soon and would aim for the second tranche to be received gradually from the end of April.
