Brazil's Azul signs supplementary shareholders' agreement

SAO PAULO, April 9 (Reuters) - Brazilian airline Azul AZUL.N has signed a supplementary shareholders' agreement detailing rules for nominating and electing members of the board, it said in a securities filing on Wednesday.
The agreement was reached with Trip, Rio Novo Locacoes, Jose Caprioli dos Santos and David Neeleman, Azul said.
