HONG KONG, April 9 (Reuters) - China's President Xi Jinping made a key speech at a government meeting in Beijing held from April 8-9 where he stressed the importance of neighbouring countries and the need to deepen "all-round cooperation", the official Xinhua news agency reported on Wednesday.
