Beazley names Williams head of international cyber

April 7 - (The Insurer) - Specialty insurer Beazley has appointed Sydonie Williams as head of international cyber risks.

In her new role, which is effective immediately, Williams reports to Alessandro Lezzi, group head of cyber risks at Beazley.

Lezzi assumed this role in December 2024, having previously served as head of international cyber for more than a decade.

Williams most recently served as focus group leader for rest of world cyber risks, having joined Beazley in 2019. During this time, she aided in the development of Beazley's market-first cyber catastrophe bond.
