World acquires commercial trucking broker Royalty Insurance Services

April 4 - (The Insurer) - Top-50 U.S. insurance broker World Insurance Associates has acquired California-based commercial trucking broker Royalty Insurance Services.
The deal, the terms of which were not disclosed, completed on January 1 and was announced on Thursday.
Van Nuys, California-based Royalty has been providing commercial trucking insurance for more than 23 years.
Giordano Halleran & Ciesla provided legal counsel and MarshBerry advised World on the transaction. Fennemore Law provided legal counsel to Royalty.
