Canada-U.S. relationship will never be the same after tariffs, says Canada's Joly

BRUSSELS, April 4 (Reuters) - Canadian Foreign Minister Melanie Joly said on Friday the relationship between the United States and Canada will never be the same again after President Donald Trump announced a sweeping new tariffs regime Wednesday.
At her arrival for a NATO meeting of foreign affairs ministers in Brussels, Joly added that Canada was putting maximum pressure on the Trump administration.
