Hub acquires Illinois-based agency Dansig

April 3 - (The Insurer) - Hub International Limited has acquired Decatur, Illinois-based Dansig Insurance Risk Advisors, an independent insurance risk advisor offering employee benefits services, and commercial and personal insurance.
The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Daniel Reynolds, president and CEO, and the Dansig team will join Hub Midwest West.
"With deep expertise across all facets of the insurance industry, Dansig's experience and skillsets perfectly complement and strengthen Hub's capabilities in the region," said Lerone Sidberry, president and CEO of Hub Midwest West.
In March, Hub announced that it had acquired the assets of Boca Raton-based Scott Costolo, which does business as C&L Marine Insurance.
