DAZN secures control of News Corp's Foxtel as $2.1 billion deal goes through

April 2 (Reuters) - Rupert Murdoch's News Corp NWSA.O on Wednesday said it completed the sale of its Australian cable-TV business Foxtel to British-owned sports network DAZN in a A$3.4 billion ($2.14 billion) deal.
