Bowhead Specialty adds Barton from Cowbell as head of cyber claims

April 1 - (The Insurer) - Former Cowbell vice president of claims Rebecca Barton has joined Bowhead Specialty as head of cyber claims, based in New York.
Barton joins the company after three years at Cowbell, during which she also served as cyber claims counsel and director of claims. Prior to that, she worked at AIG and Anderson Lloyd.
The Insurer reported on Monday that Cowbell had confirmed Barton’s departure, as well as that of Kelly Spurgeon, senior vice president of business management.
