Nine Entertainment in talks with CoStar over $1.7 billion Domain bid
March 21 (Reuters) - Nine Entertainment NEC.AX said on Friday it was in talks with property data group CoStar CSGP.O over the latter's bid for the media firm-owned real estate classifieds company Domain Holdings DHG.AX.
CoStar had, in February, offered to buy out Domain, in a deal valuing the company at A$2.65 billion ($1.67 billion).
Nine owns around a 60% stake in Domain.
