Trump nominees for SEC, OCC to face confirmation hearings next week
March 20 (Reuters) - Paul Atkins, President Donald Trump's pick to run the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, and Jonathan Gould, the nominee to run the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, a key banking regulator, will face a U.S. Senate confirmation hearing on March 27, according to an announcement.
The Senate Banking Committee will also hear testimony from former Senate staffer Luke Pettit, who has been nominated to be an assistant secretary of the Treasury.
