Energean says regulatory approvals delay puts Carlyle deal at risk

March 17 (Reuters) - Energean ENOG.L said on Monday Carlyle CG.O had not yet obtained regulatory approvals in Italy and Egypt for its proposed acquisition of some assets of the gas producer.

The failure to meet these conditions may lead to the termination of the deal unless an extension is granted, Energean added.
