U.S. Defense Secretary Hegseth, Japan defence minister to meet on March 30, Sankei newspaper says

TOKYO, March 13 (Reuters) - Japanese and U.S. governments are making final arrangements for a meeting between Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth and his counterpart Gen Nakatani in Tokyo on March 30, the Sankei newspaper reported on Thursday.
During his visit to Japan, Hegseth also plans to meet with Japanese Prime Minister Shigeru Ishiba, the newspaper reported citing multiple government sources.
