MOVES-JPMorgan appoints Australian banker Dragi Ristevski, memo says

SYDNEY, March 12 (Reuters) - JPMorgan JPM.N has appointed Dragi Ristevski to lead its Australian and New Zealand financial sponsors business, according to a memo reviewed by Reuters on Wednesday.

Ristevski will also serve as co-head of the bank's general industrials investment banking unit alongside Seth Schwartz, the memo added, and will be based in Sydney, starting with JPMorgan mid-year.

Ristevski was most recently the head of financial sponsors at Macquarie Capital and has previously worked at Citigroup and Credit Suisse.

A JPMorgan spokesperson confirmed the contents of the memo.
