Hub acquires Florida agency C&L Marine Insurance

March 10 - (The Insurer) - Hub International Limited has acquired the assets of Boca Raton-based Scott Costolo, which does business as C&L Marine Insurance.
The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Founded in 1991, C&L Marine Insurance is a family-owned independent brokerage specialising in both personal and commercial marine insurance.
Scott Costolo, president of C&L Marine Insurance, along with the C&L team, will join Hub Florida.
Earlier this month, Hub also announced the acquisitions of Drayton Valley Insurance Agency, a personal and commercial insurance broker based in Alberta, Canada, and Malloy Imrie & Vasconi Insurance Services, a Napa Valley-based independent firm providing commercial, employee benefits and personal insurance services across the state.
