WR Berkley adds Liberty Mutual's Kidd as executive vice president

March 7 - (The Insurer) - WR Berkley Corporation has hired Heath Kidd, former vice president at Liberty Mutual, as executive vice president, effective immediately.
Kidd has over 30 years of experience in the industry. Before his most recent five-year term at Liberty as vice president of industry practices/consulting in the North America underwriting office, Kidd spent more than 23 years in various roles at Travelers. Prior to that, he was a technical claim specialist at Liberty in his first tenure at the company.
“As a very experienced and established leader in the property casualty insurance industry, we are confident he will be a great contributor to our organization," said Robert Berkley, president and CEO of WR Berkley.
Earlier in March, WR Berkley launched Berkley Embedded Solutions and appointed Stephanie Lloyd as president.
