BEIJING, March 7 (Reuters) - China's commerce ministry on Friday urged the United States to correct its "wrong practices" of additional tariffs on China due to the fentanyl issue and stop blindly "shifting blame."
"The U.S. imposition of 20% tariffs on Chinese products on the basis of fentanyl is groundless and a typical act of protectionism, unilateralism and bullying," a ministry spokesperson said in a statement, adding Washington should view and handle its own fentanyl problem objectively and rationally.
