Hub acquires Canada-based agency Drayton Valley

March 6 - (The Insurer) - Chicago-based Hub International Limited has acquired personal and commercial insurance broker Drayton Valley Insurance Agency, headquartered in Alberta, Canada.
The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Owner Dale Jones, along with the Drayton Valley Insurance Agency team, will join Hub Prairies.
After the transaction is complete, Drayton Valley will be referred to as Drayton Valley Insurance Agency, a Hub International company.
On Wednesday, Hub announced the acquisition of Napa Valley's Malloy Imrie & Vasconi Insurance Services.
