March 6 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers, acquisitions and disposals were reported by 1430 GMT on Thursday:

** French advertiser Publicis <PUBP.PA> said it has reached an agreement to acquire data and ID technology group Lotame, which it plans to wrap into its targeted marketing unit Epsilon, its main business driver.

** Norway's government said it will sell its 15% stake in Eksportfinans to Norwegian bank DNB .

** Semiconductor solutions provider Allegro MicroSystems rebuffed a $6.9 billion takeover approach from Onsemi , saying the offer was "inadequate" as it refused yet another approach from the larger rival.
