LONDON, March 5 (Reuters) - A spokesperson for Prime Minister Keir Starmer declined to comment on Wednesday on a report that the United States had cut off intelligence-sharing with Ukraine, but said Britain's aim was to ensure Kyiv is left in the strongest possible position.
The Financial Times cited three officials familiar with the decision who said the United States had frozen intelligence channels with Ukraine.
"It remains a long standing position not to comment on intelligence, but what I would say is we have been clear previously that we would do everything to put Ukraine in the strongest possible position, particularly around defence and security," the spokesperson said.
