OTTAWA, March 4 (Reuters) - Canadian Finance Minister Dominic LeBlanc spoke with U.S. Commerce Secretary Howard Lutnick on Tuesday, hours after Washington announced 25% tariffs on imports from Canada, a Canadian source with direct knowledge of the matter said.
