Russia says it downs 18 Ukrainian drones overnight

March 4 (Reuters) - Russia's air defence units intercepted and destroyed 18 Ukrainian drones overnight over Russia's southern and western regions, the Russian defence ministry said on Tuesday.
Ten of the drones were destroyed over the southern Rostov region, with the remaining over Voronezh, Samara, Kursk, Belgorod and Astrakhan regions, the ministry said in post on the Telegram messaging app.
