Zelenskiy cancels public Washington events after leaving White House early

WASHINGTON, Feb 28 (Reuters) - Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy's planned Friday appearance at the Hudson Institute in Washington, D.C., was canceled, the group's executive vice president Joel Scanlon said.
Additionally, the Ukrainian leader's appearance later on Friday at the Ukrainian House in D.C. was also canceled, according to a Ukrainian official.
