LONDON, Feb 28 (Reuters) - Britain's government appointed Jenny Chapman as minister for international development on Friday after the resignation of Anneliese Dodds in protest at a cut in overseas aid funding to boost defence spending.
Chapman sits in the upper house of parliament.
