Israel's Netanyahu instructs delegation to head to Cairo for Gaza talks, office says

JERUSALEM, Feb 27 (Reuters) - Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu instructed his negotiation delegation to depart for Cairo on Thursday to continue Gaza ceasefire talks, his office said in a statement.
The first phase of the ceasefire deal is due to end this week.
