MOSCOW, Feb 27 (Reuters) - Russia believes that dialogue with the United States can move forward with political will on both sides, but there are no quick and easy solutions, the Kremlin said on Thursday.
Spokesman Dmitry Peskov said the Kremlin welcomed what he called U.S. President Donald Trump's willingness to listen. He also said that one topic of possible U.S.-Russia cooperation would be the extraction of resources in the Arctic.
