
ANKARA, Feb 26 (Reuters) - Officials from Russia and the United States will hold technical talks in Istanbul on Thursday, the spokesperson for the Turkish Foreign Ministry said on Wednesday, for talks Moscow said aimed to resolve bilateral issues with Washington.
"As we have repeatedly stated, Türkiye is ready to provide all kinds of support to peace efforts, including hosting future talks," the spokesperson said.
The participants, timing, and venue of the meeting were not immediately clear.
