United Nations adopts amended US-drafted resolution on Ukraine

UNITED NATIONS, Feb 24 (Reuters) - The 193-member United Nations General Assembly on Monday adopted a U.S.-drafted resolution with European amendments to mark the third anniversary of Russia's invasion of Ukraine, with 93 votes in favor while 73 states abstained and 8 voted no.
