Feb 23 (Reuters) - Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy's chief of staff said on Sunday that he had held constructive new talks with senior U.S. officials on a deal to develop Ukrainian minerals.
"We are moving forward with our work. This was a constructive discussion," Andriy Yermak wrote on Telegram. "The United States is our partner and we are grateful to the American people, for bipartisan support - you have been with us for all three years of the Russian invasion."
Yermak said the U.S. team at the talks had included Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent, National Secretary Advisor Michael Waltz and a representative of Vice President J.D. Vance
