WASHINGTON, Feb 21 (Reuters) - President Donald Trump said on Friday he plans to sign a memorandum related to digital taxes without providing details.
Bloomberg News reported the memo opens the door to levies in response to digital services taxes some countries impose on U.S. tech giants.
