
FRANKFURT, Feb 20 (Reuters) - German business software giant SAP SAPG.DE on Thursday proposed an increased annual dividend of 2.35 euros ($2.45) per share for 2024, up from 2.20 euros from a year earlier.
In a statement, it added that the proposal would amount to a total payout of 2.74 billion, or 51.9% of adjusted net profit.
