US expects Ukraine talks to cover territory, security

RIYADH, Feb 18 (Reuters) - Senior U.S. officials said on Tuesday after talks with a Russian delegation that they expect negotiations over the Ukraine war to cover territory and security guarantees.
White House national security adviser Mike Waltz, joined by Secretary of State Marco Rubio and special envoy Steve Witkoff, said the delegations did not set a date for a summit between U.S. President Donald Trump and Russian President Vladimir Putin.
