CAIRO, Feb 16 (Reuters) - Prime Minister Netanyahu has told U.S. Middle East envoy Steve Witkoff that Israel's security cabinet will convene on Monday to discuss the second phase of the Gaza ceasefire agreement, Netanyahu's office said on Sunday.
